**ALL HandCrafted/Custom-Made items, Consignment Items, and Gift Cards are FINAL SALE. However, should you have any issues with any item, please contact us immediately so that the issue can be resolved. -Your satisfaction is a priority!

We have a 7-day return/exchange policy on All Retail Items. *Retail Items DO NOT include HandCrafted/Custom-Made items, Consignment items, Gift Cards, or Final Sale Items.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. (i.e., unworn/unused with its original tags attached, and, free of any fragrances or smells.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return has been accepted. 
**Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.**

    Contact us to initiate the return process and be sure to include the purchase date and receipt number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

    Refunds and Store Credits

    Refunds and Store Credits will be issued on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. 

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
